Our Officers
Guard Licensing
All of our officers are licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of California and have been through the required security training mandated by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, the governing agency for all security personnel. Per B.S.I.S., each officer is required to complete additional training courses yearly and are certified in that training.
Training
All armed officers MUST take additional training and the 832 powers to arrest course to be licensed to carry a weapon. They are required to train yearly to renew their weapons permit, and they also are required to take the yearly additional training mandated by B.S.I.S.
Prior to hiring, we do a background check on applicants which includes criminal records check, reference check, past employment verification and credit bureau check. We can give drug tests and do so at our discrimination.
